- Guest must sign a rental agreement upon booking.
- Government ID matching the name on the credit card used required.
- Must submit a $300 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure. The security hold is processed separately by the property. We are connected to a hotel-style software program, OwnerRez.
- All guests must register with the Wavecrest office immediately upon check in. Wavecrest assesses a $100 fine for noncompliance which will be deducted from your security deposit
- Quarantine is not allowed on the property
- Please remove shoes inside
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
- Smoking of any type is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. There is a designated smoking area outside in the parking area. Wavecrest assesses A $100 fine for each infraction which will be deducted from your security deposit
- Please do not leave food on the counter as it will attract tropical island pests
- Please make sure to leave the parking permit and laundry key upon departure. Wavecrest assesses A $50 fee for each lost item (deducted from your security deposit)
- Guests are expected to read and follow Wavecrest Resort house rules (a copy is provided in the condo binder). Fines issued by Wavecrest Resort for rule violations or damages incurred during your stay will be deducted from your security deposit.
